Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

We ship to any address in Australia with Australia Post. 

Shipping cost is free. A tracking number will be provided once posted.

When you place an order, we will dispatch your order within 3 business days of it being placed and it may take between 2-10 working days to reach you depending on where you are located.

RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return an item, please go to our contact page and fill out the form or email us with your order number, what you need to return and and why you would like to return it.  We will respond with instructions on how to return the item/s from your order. You must contact us prior to returning any goods to obtain approval or your request may be rejected. 

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however you can chose between a refund or an exchange if an item is faulty.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In certain situations a refund will not be granted. If the item has been damaged or misused, a refund will not be granted.  Any item not in its original condition will not be granted a refund. In the case where an item has missing parts not due to our error, a refund will not be granted.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Once you have contacted us regarding a return/exchange we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. In the case of a refund your original method of payment will be credited within 7 days after we have received the goods back in their original unused condition. In the case of an exchange we will arrange the shipping of your alternate choice when we have received the original goods back in their original unused condition. The cost for the freight for a refund or a exchange will be paid/arranged by the customer.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All items sold through Sirc Knives are covered by manufacturers warranties. We will be more than happy to assist in the exchange or repair of warranty claim goods. Refunds will not be granted if goods have been used / abused. Please inspect received items within 2 weeks to ensure there are no defects-  even if you are not planning on using the item straight away so Sirc Knives can promptly exchange the item as a replacement and not a warranty claim.

 

Please also note- we do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty, not a Sirc Knives warranty.
